| Three Generations | The retrofit and extension of a 1969 semi-detached residence had to be completed within a four-month time period and, because of the zoning restrictions, in a very compact way. The residence follows high accessibility and energy standards. The addition can be accessed separately and consists of a combined living and sleeping area and a bathroom. The larger living room and kitchen area are used together by all occupants.
